Andrew Kitley

Managing Director & Co-Founder

A construction industry leader and serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He founded a leading temporary works consultancy with offices in London and Dubai, and later launched kitall in 2018.

Kristina Coxall

Director & Co-Founder

A global branding and communications leader known for turning around high-stakes campaigns and navigating complex mergers and acquisitions. With agency experience at Razorfish and BBH, she's worked with major brands like BT, HSBC, O2, and Audi.

Kalliopi Florides

Director

An experienced engineer with a decade of delivering major projects (valued between $ 120M and $ 1Bn) worldwide. She specialises in diverse construction like retail mails, residential towers, and office buildings, and hes contributed to projects for Google and Walmart.

Victor Ho

Principal Engineer

A principal engineer with over two decades in cladding, structural, and temporary works. He has managed landmark projects in Hong Kong and now drives quality and sustainability at Kitall through technical leadership and mentoring.
